Terms and Conditions

WAN Show Bingo

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This is a fan project. WAN Show Bingo is made by viewers, for viewers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Linus Media Group, Floatplane, or anyone who appears on the WAN Show. Nothing here is official, and nothing here speaks for them.

These terms cover your use of wanshow.bingo and its related pages. By using the site you accept them. They’re written to be read, not to be impressive — if anything is unclear, ask.

1.What this site is

A free bingo game you play along with while watching the WAN Show. Squares are suggested by the community and confirmed live by volunteer admins. It costs nothing, there is nothing to buy, and there are no adverts.

Names, trademarks and show references belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the game is about.

2.Accounts are optional

You can play everything without an account. If you want your wins recorded, you can sign in with Discord — that’s the only sign-in method, and it’s entirely your choice. What we do and don’t collect is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you do have an account:

  • Keep your Discord account secure — anyone who can sign into it can sign into this site.
  • Don’t pick a display name that impersonates staff, another player, or someone from the show. Names that do are reserved or will be reset.
  • Don’t create accounts to get around a ban, and don’t run multiple accounts to stuff the leaderboard.
  • You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

3.Acceptable use

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the site or impairment of its availability or accessibility; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful. In particular, please don’t:

  • Attack the site, or try to overload, flood or disrupt it — including automated tools that hammer the game or the live-viewer connection.
  • Try to access accounts, staff tools or data that aren’t yours.
  • Manipulate wins, viewer counts or leaderboards, or otherwise cheat.
  • Submit or promote content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, or illegal.
  • Scrape or copy the site wholesale, or re-publish it as your own.

Conduct in the WAN Show Bingo Discord is covered by that server’s rules and by Discord’s own Terms of Service, in addition to these terms.

4.Suspension and deletion

If an account is used to break the rules above, an admin may suspend it or delete it. A suspension immediately signs the account out everywhere. Deletion is permanent: the account record and its cards, wins and square selections are removed together, and there is no backup copy to restore from.

We’ll try to be reasonable and proportionate about this, and a mistake can be appealed — email admin@wanshow.bingo or ask in our Discord. But this is a volunteer-run hobby project, not a service you’ve paid for, and we can’t promise a formal appeals process.

You can ask for your own account to be deleted at any time, for any reason, without explaining why.

5.No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. We don’t promise it will be up, that a show will be covered, that a square will be confirmed promptly, that a win will be recorded, or that your card will survive a browser refresh. Things break, volunteers have day jobs, and the site changes constantly.

Leaderboards, viewer counts and win records are a best effort. If something is wrong, tell us and we’ll try to fix it.

6.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or anything on it — including lost data, lost cards, lost wins, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7.Indemnity

You indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

8.Revisions

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms apply to use of the website from the date they are published here, and the date at the top of this page changes with them. Please check this page occasionally so you know where you stand.

9.Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

10.Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of it.

11.Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

12.Contact

Questions about these terms, a suspension, or anything else: admin@wanshow.bingo

Heads up: this mailbox is brand new and still being set up. If a message to it bounces, reach an admin in the WAN Show Bingo Discord instead — that always works.

WAN Show Bingo is a hobby project run by volunteers, not a company. This page is a plain statement of the rules we run the site by; it isn’t legal advice.
